Final mile is where promises get kept or broken. We staff our routes with W-2 drivers in branded vehicles, give consignees a live ETA link, and capture photo proof at the threshold so chargebacks don't survive the inbox.

How it runs

Receive
Freight is checked into one of our dock-managed Texas hubs and inspected for damage before route assignment.
Stage
Loads are staged by route the night before; drivers pre-trip and load with manifest barcode scans.
Notify
Consignees receive an SMS/email with a 4-hour window and a live tracking link 60 minutes out.
Deliver
Driver completes the service level (threshold, room-of-choice, install) and captures photo + signature POD.

Yes. Drivers are trained to refuse visibly damaged freight and document concealed damage with photos before the consignee signs.
